Helping friends and family with touch is a simple and wonderful way to show you care.
Massage is a natural remedy in your hands.
It's often overlooked due to a lack of confidence and knowledge.
This 2 session Workshop will guide you to greater confidence and stamina through lecture, demonstrations and practice.
With 32 years as a practicing professional, your instructor will reveal some skill‐building tips and provide take‐home information to keep you on track.
Day 1 will be Instruction and Practise.
Day 2 will be Practise and Self-Care
It is best to register in a pair.

For Your Comfort:
It is important to feel comfortable during the 'Learn To Massage' class.
Please wear loose-fitting or elasticized clothing (yoga or track pants), short sleeves or sleeves you can roll up are preferable
Please bring a blanket, a pillow and a water bottle
We may only opt for a 45 minute lunch so packed lunches are welcome. Tea will be available
