I am focusing upon teaching Massage and other types of Workshops in 2025.

I worked as an RMT for 31 years and though no longer a Registered Massage Therapist, I continue to carry the ethics, code of conduct, respect and care of a Medical Professional with me in all that I do. I am currently offering my services as both a Certified Permaculture Designer and as an Aromatherapist.

An ancient remedy, massage therapy is today, a widely accepted form of therapeutic treatment administered by registered professionals.
It is defined as the treatment and prevention of soft tissue and joint disorders, dysfunction of or injury to the body, using treatments which include but are not limited to manual techniques, hydrotherapy, mobilization and therapeutic exercise to rehabilitate, relieve pain and promote health.

I am a Qualified Aromatherapist and carry a line of Essential Oil products.
I teach Massage Therapy Workshops, Aromatherapy Workshops and Art Classes.
I am introducing Permaculture Design and Permaculture Workshops in 2025
I have closed my therapeutic massage practise
