For Your Comfort:
It is important to feel comfortable during the 'Anyone Can Massage' class.
Please wear loose fitting or elasticized clothing (yoga or track pants), short sleeves or sleeves you can roll up is preferable
Please bring a blanket, a pillow and a water bottle
We may only opt for a 45 minute lunch so packed lunches are welcome. Tea will be available
